Why Elegant Agile?
The best chance for successfully implementing an agile transformation in an organization, a team, or with an individual, is by utilizing coaches and experienced experts that can help guide, facilitate, mentor and teach agile methodologies, good business practices, and product ownership.
What we offer:
We are a small team of highly trained and experience agile coaches. We are not just trainers; we are experts who are active in our fields, and work hands-on with our clients. Many big-name training companies offer a wide range of classes on agile project management, product ownership and agile training, but do not necessarily have trainers actively using agile in real-world situations. Elegant Agile staff is constantly involved and embedded with private and public organizations, we are able to stay abreast of the latest agile trends, techniques and current market challenges.
Our clients greatly benefit from our combination of real-life agile and Scrum experiences coupled with a background and understanding of business strategy, program and project management, portfolio management and business analysis.
